Public procurement in preparation - Advisory services covering project management, works’ supervision and site supervision for building a new hospital in Bucharest, Romania

Dear Madame / Dear Sir,

Bucharest Sector 6 Municipality hereby informs the interested economic operators and specialists that it is about to launch the public procurement procedure for awarding the contract for advisory services covering project management, works’ supervision and site supervision for (the Project:) “Building a Hospital Facility with Complex Functions and Organizing the Execution of Works in Bucharest Municipality Sector 6”.

The estimated (updated) contract value is RON 22.832.050,81, net of VAT.

To facilitate the preparation of offers, we inform you that the draft specifications, which contain all the technical requirements and details of the procedure, have been published and can be consulted on the website of Sector 6 of the Municipality of Bucharest.

Also, the notice of intent no. PI1004315  has been published in the Electronic Public Procurement System, which can be accessed by following the link: https://e-licitatie.ro/pub/notices/pi-notice/view/v2/100069225 

As per the requirements in the documentation, bidders must meet the following eligibility condition:

The Bidder must prove that they delivered and completed - in the last 7 years since the bid submission deadline, under one or maximum 5 contracts, services covering supervision and/or works’ supervision (site supervision) for contracts falling under Romanian Government Decision 1/2018 (HG 1/2018) or FIDIC, whose subject matter was works covering construction/rehabilitation/ upgrade/expansion or intervention for civil  buildings under the B importance category of higher - in compliance with Romanian Government Decision 766/1997, having a cumulated value of at least lei 22.832.050,81 net of VAT, of which at least one contract should have focused on delivering supervision and/or works’ supervision (site supervision) for the construction/rehabilitation/ upgrade/capital repair of one/several hospital facilities.
